BEETS - 1 plant yields 1 beet
- Helper Plants: Mint, Garlic, and your favorite :) Catnip!
STRING BEANS - 3-5 plants per person
- Helper plants: Rosemary, hides the bean scent from Mexican bean beetles
BROCCOLI - 2-4 plants per person
- Helper plants: Thyme, sage, Oregano Nasturtium, Marigold, Chamomile, Cress
ONIONS - 7 to 10 pounds of bulbs per 10-foot row?
- Not sure there is enough room for Onions and Leeks
LEEKS - Grow 12 to 15 plants per person
